All products and services supplied, by InFront Technologies NSW are conducted on the following terms and conditions:

General

These conditions apply to the sale of goods ("Goods") and supply of services ("Services") InFront Technologies NSW and all offers made by us in relation to all Goods by Us and, In the event of any inconsistency, save where otherwise expressly Provided in this Agreement, shall prevail over any terms and Conditions of any offer or communication by or from the buyer.

Pricing

Pricing is represented to the best of our ability, should a price be incorrect we reserve the right to change or withdraw the product for sale.  We make every effort to ensure accuracy of pricing however should a pricing issue arise we have the right to change the price.

InFront Technologies NSW is not obligated by any means, to match or beat advertised or competitors prices on products or services and has the sole right to these decisions to do so. Although we would like to, please give us the opportunity to try to.

Risk

All goods supplied to , from InFront Technologies NSW is to be installed or used under the supervision of an adult. All Goods sold to the buyer shall be at the buyer's risk immediately upon delivery to the buyer, the buyer's nominee, or to the buyer's carrier.  It is the buyers responsibility to employ an installer should the installation or use of the product be beyond the capability of the buyer.

This site and its contents are subject to copyright. The copyright is owned by InFront Technologies (A.B.N. 80 349 282 180), or in the case of some material, a third party.

You may view this site and its contents using your web browser and electronically copy and print hard copies of parts of this site solely for personal, non-commercial use. Applicable Law

This site is created and controlled by InFront Technologies. Your use of this site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Title to Goods
InFront Technologies NSW shall retain title to all Goods supplied to the buyer until it has received payment in full of all sums due to it in connection with the supply and/or installation of the Goods. In the case of payment by cheque, bill of exchange or note, title shall not pass to the buyer until the same is honoured. If payment for any Goods or Services is overdue, InFront Technologies NSW is entitled, without prejudice to any of its other rights and remedies, to repossess, Goods, and, without notice.

Return of Goods and Cancellation of Orders
The buyer may within seven (7) days of receipt of any Goods claim the right to return any Goods that are damaged ,defective, or delivered after an agreed date of arrival to the buyer, if the goods are not in accordance to the customer's order. If the buyer fails to notify Us in writing of its claim for rejection and its reasons therefore within such a period, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted such consignment.

A request for cancellation of any order by the buyer, wrong selection or change of mind must be notified to Us in writing no later than (7) days prior to any quoted delivery or consignment dates and must be agreed to by Us. As a condition of accepting such cancellation, InFront Technologies NSW may, at its discretion, require the buyer to pay a cancellation /restocking fee, or freight charge determined by Us in order to recover any costs or loss (including, but not limited to, any loss of profits) incurred.

InFront Technologies NSW reserves the right to refuse to accept return of Goods that have been already installed or opened from original packaging or which are no longer in returnable/ saleable condition.

Customer must provide a copy of original receipt, with returned goods.

Liability

InFront Technologies NSW shall not be liable, in respect of any claim, whether contractual, tortuous, statutory or otherwise, for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other injury or harm suffered by the buyer or any other person in relation to, or arising out of the Goods and/or Services by Us.

InFront Technologies NSW liability (if any) shall be limited, to redirecting ,or common fault of transfer of goods or services at reasonable cost determined by us.

Changes

InFront Technologies NSW reserves the right to change, amend or alter in any Way these Terms and Conditions without notice to the buyer.

Severance

Should any clause of this Agreement or part thereof be found invalid or unenforceable by law. All remaining provisions of this agreement shall continue to be enforceable and binding on the parties.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New South Wales, any dispute in relation to any provision of this Agreement shall be either by way of arbitration in New South Wales, Australia or heard in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction in the State of New South Wales, Australia.

As InFront Technologies is simply reselling local importers products, all liability and problems arising from quality, reliability and loss is to be directed to the applicable wholesale/importing or manufacturing company.  At no time does InFront Technologies NSW hold any liability to any damages that may arise from use or intention.  By registering and accepting your user name and password you accept these terms and conditions completely.
