• HOLD THE LINE!!! - we don't promote ourselves well enough, we are incredibly fast in shipping your order.  99.9% of the time if your order is in before 4pm(EST) we ship on that day.  All products under 5Kg's (which are most cameras, wireless cameras and other single item products) are EXPRESS Posted.  Other products like DVR Kits are either Registered Posted or Couriered (courier before 1pm).. 

Other companies boast a dispatch time of 2 business days... No way! we get your order processed very very quickly.  We keep 95+% of the products in stock and do not rely on a 3rd party to ship on our behalf.. In fact, if you purchase from other resellers there is a good chance it is us shipping on their behalf..

• Everything you see on this site is manually managed by us, the information, stock on hand and pricing is our task.  You will notice if you have been diligent and browsed around for the best deal a common look and feel amongst the other resellers.  They are simply receiving a datafeed from a well know distributor in Sydney, same information on 35,000+ products and therefore lacking expertise in any one area.  You place the order on them and they then place the order on the distributor usually adding a day or 2 to the processing., if one is out of stock then they all are..  We do not follow this unmanned system of delivering information and take every effort to provide you sensible meaningful information.  We don't just say we are a premium Swann distributor, we are a significant volume mover of Swann products and are absolutely serious in support and understanding of the product.  We confidently say no other reseller has a better understanding of the Swann range of products than us, we regularly scan the internet to ensure we have the best value for money product.. If we aren't the best on offer, please call and we will ensure you are looked after.
• We use the fastest method of transport where possible and you are informed of the expected delivery time with delivery details via an email throughout the order fulfilment process.  Large heavy orders we use road freight, under 5Kg's Express Post.
• If something is very urgent, please call us to discuss options - we can usually facilitate a very urgent delivery.

  Free Freight

• Applies only to shipping locations within Australia
• Orders outside of Australia will need to be quoted before you purchase.

 Overseas Shipping

• We have decided to ship to overseas however there are some VERY strict guidelines that we will adhere to.
• For overseas customers you must contact us by email as each location has a different shipping rate.
• We are ever so strict on payment and will take every course of action to ensure the sale is not fraudulent.  This will mean paying with Paypal and you must be verified.
• If for any reason we feel a potential loss to our business the sale will not proceed.
• For those honest customers, we apologies for this however the risk for loss is high shipping outside of Australia
• We use TNT for shipping and a quote is necessary for each country - insurance is compulsory

  Freight Information:

• The freight charge will appear during the checkout process & we do ship to all parts of Australia.  As there are so many variables with so many products, some super dooper heavy products may cost us a bomb to send and our sophisticated in house written website might not realise that in Kickatinalong or in Wheelabarrowback that it costs heaps to send that 100kg product..  In the off chance we are caught off guard with a potential loss to our business we may contact you asking for more money to pay for the extra freight.  Yes we will contact you first before charging you extra as doing this is not fair to you.
• Only an extreme case would warranty any change to freight and to date we have not had to change anything.. Should we need to we will notify you before any changes are made.
• We ship to PO Boxes however there must be street address with landline phone number as the bill to address.
• We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers to deliver our products and you may occasionally receive 1 or more shipments.  It is important that when you order you have the delivery where someone is available to receive and sign for the item. 

  Returns, Warranty and Refunds:

• We offer you a money back guarantee on all our products purchased.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days return the product to us for a full refund less the freight component.
• The product must be returned in original condition with all bags, instructions, cable ties, packaging and must be mark free.  The unit must be returned as you received it.  We reserve the right to refuse the return should the item look to have been used or marked in anyway.
• We do not cover the cost of shipping and will only refund the price of the unit.  It is important to note that any "Free Freight" items will be refunded less a $12.50 freight component as we factor this amount into each free freight product when sold.
• Warranty or Faulty merchandise will need to be treated on a case by case basis, different manufacturers have alternate methods for repair or return.  If you are unfortunate enough to have a faulty product, please contact us and we will notify you of the procedure to have your product fixed.
