With a battery backup, know matter if there is a blackout or someone turns off the power, your DVR will continue to record.
There are several UPS’s available on the market.
Offline UPS’s & Line Interactive UPS’s, although DVR’s and cameras can use both, the cheap Offline UPS’s tend to fail early in their life but are cheap. We recommend Line Interactive units.
